Ted's Place Cottages
Remodeled in 2018, our two largest cottages have been FULLY REMODELED the way Ted would have liked it. These cottages feature the largest courtyards and dedicated parking areas and are perfect for family reunions or avid fisherman trailering boats. These cottages can be combined for groups up to 14 people.

- Dedicated outdoor electrical outlets for charging boats
- Spacious living and dining area with banquet table for 6
- Queen bed in first room, 5 bunks/twins in second room
- Air-conditioning and baseboard heat
- New plank flooring interior and fully remodeled bathrooms
- Fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stovetop (no oven)
- Refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and microwave
- Flat panel TV with free Wi-Fi
- Charcoal Grill and Outdoor Table
Dogs allowed on a limited basis. $10.00 additional charge per night.
Dogs must be well behaved in order not to bother other guests.
Hours: Office hours are 9am – 8pm. Daily from Mid-April thru mid-October.
Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3:00pm or later, and Check-out is 11am.
Reservations & Deposits: Reservation will be accepted on a first-come basis and honored when the required 50% deposit is received. 2 Day minimum stay required. Balance Due upon arrival at check-in. Deposits are not refundable and there are no rain checks.
Cottages are prepared with bedding & towels.
Fresh towels, bar soap and coffee provided daily. Trash removed daily.
DO NOT clean fish in rooms. We have a Fish Cleaning Facility at the Marina, and it’s Free.
Prices are subject to sales tax and county bed tax.
