Standard Cottages
Remodeled in 2018, these 2-bedroom cottages have everything you need to enjoy your summer vacation. Parking for up to two cars is at your doorstep on newly poured concrete patio with 110V outdoor outlets for charging. Our Standard Cottages are the best value accommodation in the neighborhood!

Dogs allowed on a limited basis. $10.00 additional charge per night.
Dogs must be well behaved in order not to bother other guests.
Hours: Office hours are 9am – 8pm. Daily from Mid-April thru mid-October.
Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3:00pm or later, and Check-out is 11am.
Reservations & Deposits: Reservation will be accepted on a first-come basis and honored when the required 50% deposit is received. 2 Day minimum stay required. Balance Due upon arrival at check-in. Deposits are not refundable and there are no rain checks.
Cottages are prepared with bedding & towels.
Fresh towels, bar soap and coffee provided daily. Trash removed daily.
DO NOT clean fish in rooms. We have a Fish Cleaning Facility at the Marina, and it’s Free.
Prices are subject to sales tax and county bed tax.
